Here is the nosecone after the hotwire cutting. Hey this method seems to work! Its really starting to look like a Honest John nosecone.

Next is to sand off the facets and see if I can keep it round.

And finally after first smooth sanding.

Almost ready for glassing.

Here is the nosecone dry fitted to the booster.

About 8” will be trimmed from the booster to get to true scale.

After first round of paint. Next lettering and it will be all set.
